FlexiTruss
Developed exclusively by ScafWest, FlexiTruss is a patented aluminium truss system that spans both longitudinal and transverse expanses, using 3m, 2m and 1m long truss units. The system enables better distribution of load, and can be supported from a varied arrangement of anchor points in either direction. By having 3m-1m long truss units handling is reduced as well as a greater flexibility for overall length being able to be made up when needed. To make an 8m long truss = 3m x 2 & 2m x 1 long truss unit.

The Benefits of FlexiTrussTM:
- Enables Cantilevering prior to hanging, providing significant labour savings.
- Spans in both directions . truss grid formation.
- Because the materials used are aluminium, construction is quick and easy providing labour savings and also reducing man handling issues (two men can man handle a 12 m truss)
Assembly details
The truss units butt into nodes called the Cluster Posts. The post consists of four opposed slots and a central shaft. Truss units are aligned in the slots with 16mm pins/bolts.
The cluster post is 600 mm long with 4 lock pin holes grouped at each end. The truss units are 500 mm deep.
Additional Truss Sleeves can be used to join the trusses for straight line conventional trussing.
