MOSY Trucks

Our purpose built MOSY (Mobile On-Site Yards) trucks can be deployed and on site within minutes, equipping our team to solve virtually any problem quickly and effectively. MOSY’s carry the equipment needed for the majority of scenarios. MOSY’s help us to help our clients because the equipment we need is onsite and at our fingertips — and that equates to less down-time for the client.

Comprehensive training plays a critical role in enabling us to offer this convenient, time-saving service to our clients. The MOSY service only works because our staff are highly trained, and can solve the vast majority of problems instantly onsite.

Efficient Racking Systems

Some of the most time-consuming factors in scaffolding work can be the locating, loading and unloading of equipment. To combat the amount of valuable time used here, we have developed a customised racking system to streamline our equipment procedures. The features of our racking system include:

All racking systems are geared for maximum efficiency
All truck racks match our land racks to reduce loading/unloading time
Each component used to carry out our contracts has an identified location to be stored in that all staff are familiar with.

In general, most time loss is due to equipment not being available because it was not in a known position to be sourced. For this reason we have incorporated the “Five S’s Model” into our yard and trucks to drastically improve efficiency.

Mobile Scaffolding Containers (MSC)

To further streamline our service, we have custom designed a range of Mobile Scaffolding Containers for use on project sites. Each customised 44ft sea container forms a secure, quickly transportable and fully stocked scaffolding compound. Additional access doors transform the container into a powerful production tool, transportable to any remote location.

With 30 tonnes of scaffolding material as standard, our MSC units provide space for 60 tonnes storage when landed, thereby easily meeting the demands of most onsite scenarios. This space efficient design means your site is kept as clear and productive as possible.

MSCs are ideal for remote mine-sites & offshore barges where space and speedy response is welcomed, and they are a powerful solution when used in conjunction with our MOSY trucks.

Streamlined Yard Layouts

We pride ourselves in our ability to routinely overview our systems and procedures to ensure any improvements are made that will enhance our service to clients. To this effect, even our Yard Layouts are streamlined to improve efficiency.

All of our yards are planned right down to the last bolt. Use of available space and stock control levels are monitored to ensure that both our scaffolders and yard staff work in harmony to fulfill project requirements efficiently by reducing mobilization time.
