We have developed efficient racking systems to ensure the lowest deployment times for our clients. There are many features and advantages to our racking systems. These include:
- We use 900x700 steel scaffold stillage as our main method of moving both tube and modular components.
- It is a widely known and yet unaddressed fact that unlike ScafWest’s stillage, popular stillage sizes are too wide to land effectively on walkways.
- Unlike our scaffold stillage, popular stillage sizes store more tube than is recommended by weight. This can be hazardous and a problem we have overcome.
- ScafWest stillage allows us to load both MOSY (Mobile On-Site Yard) trucks and stillages together, saving valuable time.
- Our stillage size means no more 2 wide stillage truck loads. We can get 3 stillage on our trucks, allowing us greater flexibility and efficiency in loading and unloading trucks with more useable gear mixture.
